2025 Train for Tryouts

What you need to know

The Train for Tryouts camp is a great opportunity for current players to get into the gym and work on their skills, new players interested in finding out more about the sport of volleyball, or individuals who just want something to do afterschool in April. Our camp will be held Mondays and Wednesdays, April 14th through April 23rd, for a total of 4 sessions. Each session is 5:30 – 7:30 PM, in the East Forsyth High School Main Gym and is led by the East coaching staff and players.

Eligibility: All girls currently in 3rd – 8th grades is eligible to participate in the camp, regardless of volleyball experience. 

Cost: $125 per participant 

Registration: Will go live, March 20th, through Forsyth County Recreation. Click the button below to get to the registration website (available 3/20). 

What to bring: Athletic wear, sneakers, & water; kneepads are optional 

Drop-Off/Parking: Campers should be dropped off in the bus lanes parking lot, which gives direct access to the gym. Parents/Guardians are more than welcome to park in the bus lanes and watch, we just asked that parents stay on the upper track during the camp and please don’t distract the campers.
