East Forsyth Feeder Clinics

New for 2026

In the month of March, the East Forsyth Feeder Program will be putting on free clinics at Little Mill. This is a great opportunity for players of all skill levels to get into the gym and work on their volleyball skills. The clinics will focus on skill development, with an emphasis on the keys related to passing, serving, hitting, defense, and much more.
For the hour, we will have one net for the advanced players and another net for intermediate to novice players. The focus and skill work will be similar, however, the tempo on the court will be different. For example, the advanced net could be working on passing, however, the entry of the ball may be a serve versus a toss from a coach.
We ask that players participating in the clinics register each time, so we have an accurate number of participants for each session. Participants should register by noon, the day of the clinic. Depending on the number of players registered, we may need to close registration for any given session prior to the noon deadline, as we are limited by the space available. We will limit the participants to the first 25 registered for the clinic. If you cannot attend the clinic, please let us know, so if there are players interested, we can add them.
Participants only need athletic wear and water to participate.
